From problem to idea – your starting point into the entrepreneurial mindset
Do you want to develop your own ideas and discover your entrepreneurial potential? In Entrepreneurial Readiness I, you will experience the first steps of the entrepreneurial process in a practical and team-based setting. You will explore your individual strengths, learn how entrepreneurs think and make decisions, identify relevant problems, develop possible solutions, and turn these ideas into a first business model. Throughout the course, you will work in teams and learn how creativity, communication, feedback, leadership, and decision-making influence the development of entrepreneurial ideas. The course combines short theoretical inputs with practical exercises, teamwork, and reflection.
The course is conducted in English. Input sessions are concise, and most of the course consists of practical exercises and group work. During group work, participants may also use German or other languages.
