Triathlon handles the protection of intellectual property rights and the commercialization of economically relevant research results as the exclusive service provider for Saarland University and ZeMA.

Our Technology Transfer Office
Since 2002, the Technology Transfer Office (TTO)—formerly operating as a patent commercialization office—has been supporting scientists and researchers at
- Saarland University, and
- the Center for Mechatronics and Automation Technology gGmbH (ZeMA)
in the field of intellectual property, particularly with regard to inventions, patents, and their commercialization.
We are an interdisciplinary team with diverse scientific backgrounds. Our core areas of expertise include Life Sciences, Engineering and Material Sciences, Computer Science, and Business Development.
