Developed in collaboration with the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology, the check combines psychological research with the practical demands of entrepreneurship.

After completing the check, you will receive a structured evaluation showing:
- how strong your entrepreneurial potential is
- which entrepreneurial career type you are
- which 15 competencies shape your entrepreneurial personality
- which well-known founders share similarities with your profile
This gives you a solid foundation for your next steps—whether you are just starting to think about entrepreneurship or already have concrete ideas.
Your competency profile
The Founder Check is based on the EU’s EntreComp framework and analyzes 15 entrepreneurial competencies across three areas:
- Ideas & opportunities
- Resources
- Action
Your results highlight your strengths and development areas—clear, practical, and focused on your personal growth.
Your founder personality & matching profiles
The Founder Check assigns your competency profile to an entrepreneurial personality type—such as:
- Pioneer
- Creator
- or Implementer
Based on your type, we show you well-known founders with similar profiles—perhaps even Steve Jobs?
