BIKE-HEI Training Programme for Non-Academic Staff

Creative Thinking, Organizational Resilience and Green Digital Innovation is an international training programme designed specifically for administrative, technical, and support staff in higher education institutions. The programme provides participants with practical tools and innovative approaches to support sustainability, improve organizational processes, and strengthen institutional resilience in an increasingly digital and rapidly changing environment.
Through a combination of interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and collaborative exercises, participants will explore how creative thinking, digital transformation, and sustainable practices can be applied to everyday institutional challenges. The programme encourages participants to identify opportunities for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of their organizations.
Agenda
The programme takes place during the Winter Semester 2026 and consists of four online modules delivered by experts from the University of Alicante (Spain), Saarland University (Germany), the University of Primorska (Slovenia), and Mariupol State University (Ukraine). The course includes 10 contact hours and is delivered entirely online in English. All sessions are recorded and made available to participants.
