Designing and Managing Sustainable Business Models provides students with a comprehensive introduction to sustainable business models, green entrepreneurship, and sustainability-driven decision-making. Through a combination of conceptual foundations, practical tools, regulatory perspectives, and marketing approaches, students gain a holistic understanding of how businesses can create economic value while addressing environmental and social challenges.
The programme integrates key concepts such as the triple bottom line, circular economy, sustainable value creation, and green marketing, while also exploring the role of regulation and self-regulation in shaping sustainable behaviour in service industries. Students engage with real-world cases, interactive workshops, and applied assignments that support the development of practical skills for designing, analysing, and communicating sustainable business models. The programme fosters critical thinking, teamwork, and innovation, preparing students for future professional roles in entrepreneurship, business, public policy, and sustainability-related fields.
