Strategies for Green Transition and Organisational Resilience for Academic Staff
Enhancing Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a certified interdisciplinary training programme designed to equip academic staff with practical skills to foster innovation, sustainability, and resilience within their institutions and research environments. Conducted entirely in English, the course comprises four modules, each delivered online by a different European partner university.
Participants will explore the dynamics of innovation ecosystems, develop leadership and conflict resolution skills for interdisciplinary collaboration, learn to organise sustainable academic events, and apply digital and green strategies to enhance organisational resilience. The programme emphasizes actionable knowledge and strategic thinking, empowering participants to lead change and promote responsible innovation in academic and policy contexts.
Agenda
The programme takes place in the winter semester 2025/26 and is structured into four online modules, each consisting of interactive block sessions and follow-up short quizzes. The total workload comprises 10 hours of workshop sessions (4x 2,5 hrs), complemented by brief quizzes requiring around 15 minutes each.

No prior subject-specific knowledge is required – curiosity, motivation, and an openness to interdisciplinary perspectives are the main prerequisites.
