Institutional Innovation and Sustainability Skills is designed for non-academic university staff who play a key role in supporting innovation, sustainability, and institutional performance. The programme provides practical knowledge and tools related to sustainable business models, digital workflows, innovation performance measurement, and digital innovation for sustainability. It focuses on how administrative, managerial, and support staff can actively contribute to institutional impact, operational efficiency, and strategic development. Through applied examples and interactive activities, participants will strengthen their capacity to support sustainability strategies, innovation processes, and data-informed decision-making within their everyday professional roles.
Agenda
The programme takes place in summer semester 2026 and is structured into four online modules, each consisting of interactive block sessions and follow-up short quizzes. The total workload comprises 10 hours of workshop sessions (4x 2,5 hrs), complemented by brief quizzes requiring around 10 minutes each.
